Job Opportunity: Multi Skilled Operative
PPM Recruitment is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Operative for contracts across Halifax, working on social housing projects.
Responsibilities include:
- First and second fix plumbing
- Repairing/renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring
- Repairing/renewing doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting paneling
- Patch plastering
- Installation of shower trays
- Tiling walls
- Installation of bathroom suites including WC, WHB, and mixer showers
- Painting and decorating to a good standard
- Radiator installation, including draining and refilling systems
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified in Joinery or Plumbing.
