Property Clearance Operatives are needed for a mobile role in Stoke. The responsibilities are listed below and are suitable for long‑term positions with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.
Duties:
- Driving and loading Vans and Caged Vans
- Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens after the tenant has vacated the property
- Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind
- Remove any other items left behind by the tenant
- Remove old carpets, underlay, curtains etc.
- Remove any old/damaged outbuildings or sheds from the garden
- Trim back hedges and grassed garden areas
- Remove any debris left in gardens, yards or driveways
- Deliver and retrieve security keys
- Cleaning in the properties such as doors, skirting and any other cleaning duties needed
- Any other tasks as directed by the site manager
Working Hours and Pay:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 am – 04:30 pm with overtime available at good rates. The first 30 minutes of travel is unpaid. Pay is £14.24 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.
Probation and Training:
These roles will become permanent after 13 weeks probation if all goes well. Training will be provided.
Eligibility:
Immediate starts available. Candidates must have a valid driving licence.
