Mobile Maintenance Electrician My client is one of UK\’s leading privately owned providers of M&E, HVAC & Building Services , specialists in the provision of tailored and bespoke engineering services to a varied, blue-chip client base to include Commercial, Corporate & Government environments respectively. The candidate will carry out the repair, maintenance or installation of all plant, equipment, and systems associated with the premises, in line with best practice, statutory compliance and service level agreements as detailed in the Client\’s Contractual agreement. The post holder is required to have significant core experience and qualifications working on various types of Electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems etc. The Mobile Maintenance Electrician will be additional responsible for carrying out a \’first look\’ to HVAC systems i.e. AC units, AHU & FCU and repairing if appropriate to do so as well as performing general building maintenance to include basic plumbing & joinery. Essential Candidate Requirements City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations City & Guilds Electrical Parts I & II and/or equivalent Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Experienced in performing PPM to Electrical Building Services systems as outlined above as well as possessing a basic knowledge/appreciation of HVAC i.e. AHU & FCU within corporate & commercial buildings. The ability to multi-skill and possessing a flexible approach/\’can-do\’ attitude to performing general building maintenance in addition to core duties i.e. basic plumbing. Driving License (Maximum of 6 Penalty Points for Company Vehicle Insurance) Additional Information £40,000 salary plus overtime Company Vehicle Call-out rota working is essential and this is approx. 1 – 14 Pension Scheme (Contributory) 3% employee 5.7% employer If called out paid at a minimum of 4 hours paid Overtime is paid at time & a half On-site parking The ability to pass a DBS/CRB check.
