Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer - Large commercial offices in Manchester
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Facilities Maintenance including but not exclusive to:
- Emergency lighting.
- L8 Water Monitoring.
- AHU Servicing and Maintenance.
- Fan Coil Service and Maintenance.
- Pump Servicing.
- Minor Electrical Works.
- Basic Plumbing including taps, syphons, flush valves, waste pipework.
- BMES interrogations including Control Panels.
- Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20.
- Complete electronic and paper records of all tasks carried out and filed in the site log books.
- Carry out housekeeping of all plant areas.
- Manage subcontractors when working on site.
Duties include:
- An understanding of plumbing and HVAC systems.
- 18th edition would be advantageous.
- Experience of BMES systems.
- Possess a recognised trade qualification.
- A logical approach to fault finding.
