X3 Lead Climbers needed in the Whitchurch - RG28 area.
Our client is one of the UK's most successful and biggest horticulture companies, specialising in grounds maintenance, tree services, gritting, and more.
We are looking for qualified climbing arborists holding CS30, CS31, CS38, CS9, and CS41 as a minimum. A driver's licence is essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years full climbing experience, preferably as a Team Leader or seasoned 2nd climber.
- Must be IT literate and experienced in completing risk assessments and vehicle machinery checks, as everything is done via our CRM system.
Permanent roles available with a salary range of £34,000-£42,000 depending on skills and experience. Overtime is available on weekends, and stay aways are additional on top of these.
Contracted working hours are from 06:30am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday, with usual breaks included. Candidates are expected to arrive at the yard every day by 7am prompt.
