PPM Recruitment is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team near CV21 2NP.
You will carry out grass cutting, litter picking, strimming, edging and hedge cutting, along with weed control using mowers and powered tools.
All duties are performed under supervision.
The role requires a valid driver’s licence and some grounds maintenance experience; PA1/PA6 certifications are preferred but not essential.
Permanent roles may follow after successful probation (3–4 months).
