Grounds Maintenance Operatives Required - Isle of Sheppey
Grounds Maintenance / Garden Maintenance operatives are required by one of the UK's largest Horticulture and Grounds Maintenance specialists to join their service team working on Prison sites on the Isle of Sheppey.
Duties:
- Strimming
- Weeding
- Operate pedestrian mowers & ride-on mowers
- Understanding of ground maintenance procedures
Qualifications:
- Driver with experience is essential, around 3 years of Ground Maintenance work preferred.
- Ideally candidates will have a PA1/PA6, however this is not essential.
- Willingness to undergo strict vetting (DBS & CRB) checks due to nature of work environment.
£14.17-14.57 per hour, holiday pay included in this rate. Normal working hours are 8 hours per day. Sometimes longer hours required due to nature of work.
