A respected and continuously growing Facilities Services provider in Kent is currently seeking a knowledgeable Legionella Risk Assessor to join its expanding South Region team. As a result of ongoing growth and newly secured contracts, the company is looking for a dedicated technical professional to oversee key client sites throughout Kent and nearby counties. This role would suit someone who performs well in regulated environments, takes pride in maintaining high compliance standards, and enjoys being part of a supportive and professional workforce.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertake Legionella Risk Assessments independently across a wide range of commercial and public sector properties.
  • Compile comprehensive reports, system drawings, and corrective action recommendations using specialist industry software.
  • Advise clients on water safety procedures, Legionella prevention, and ongoing compliance obligations.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with ACOP L8, HSG274 guidance, and current health and safety legislation.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations across Kent and surrounding areas.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong industry knowledge within Water Hygiene and Legionella Management.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience completing Legionella Risk Assessments independently.
  • Excellent technical reporting abilities with experience creating detailed schematics and compliance documentation.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to provide clear technical support and build positive client relationships.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Flexibility to travel throughout the Kent area when required.
