An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking landscaping and grounds maintenance business operating across Kent and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong operational and commercial experience within commercial landscaping, grounds maintenance, arboriculture, or related sectors. This role offers the chance to take ownership of contracts, manage multiple live projects, lead operational teams, and support the continued growth of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across multiple sites
  • Organising labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of works
  • Carrying out regular site visits, inspections, and quality checks
  • Managing project programmes, budgets, and profitability
  • Preparing quotations, pricing works, and assisting with tenders and bids
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
