An established and growing specialist contractor within the aluminium glazing industry is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its expanding team. The business specialises in the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of aluminium curtain walling, windows, doors, and shopfront systems for commercial, residential, and PBSA developments across the UK. The role involves overseeing multiple live construction sites from pre-contract stage through to successful completion and handover. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-contract meetings to understand project scope, client expectations, and delivery requirements.
- Manage live construction sites throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact on projects.
- Produce regular progress reports, including written updates and site photography.
- Support the preparation and implementation of RAMS and safe systems of work.
