We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer with a strong mechanical bias to join our facilities team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a busy university campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of building services plant and equipment, ensuring statutory compliance, operational reliability, and a safe environment for staff, students and visitors. This role requires a qualified mechanical engineer with extensive experience in water hygiene management, plumbing systems, HVAC plant, pumps, and pressurisation equipment. The position will involve both hands-on maintenance activities and supporting compliance requirements relating to water systems. Essential Qualifications NVQ Level 3 in a Mechanical Engineering discipline Full UK Driving Licence Demonstrable experience within a commercial building maintenance or facilities management environment Essential Skills & Experience Mechanical Building Services Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance of mechanical building services plant.
