X2 Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders - BS32. Garden maintenance team leader is required by one of the area's leading horticulture and grounds maintenance specialists for an immediate start.

The duties will include being a charge hand leading a team of 2/3 operatives and carrying out tasks such as hedge cutting, strimming, using pedestrian mowers and ride-on mowers, grass cutting/maintenance, weed control, and all general grounds maintenance duties.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am till 3.30pm. Pay rate is up to £16.19 per hour, including holiday pay.

Experience and a driver's licence are essential. We require candidates to have good experience and knowledge of the industry. PA1/PA6 or Lantra/NPCT certification is also strongly desired but not essential.

Our client works on sites such as schools, business parks, industrial estates, and housing developments. The role will be made permanent after a 3-month probation if all goes well. Some of the benefits if you go permanent are a company bonus scheme and pension scheme.

We are looking for candidates with good experience in commercial grounds maintenance. The depot is close to Aldershot.
