We are seeking a skilled Multi Trades person to join our team with at least 4 years experience. The role involves working on various building projects, predominantly domestic build work, extensions and alterations but may also include commercial works.
Duties:
- Must be able to undertake one or more trade skills and be competent in those.
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work across various trades.
- Use of power tools effectively and safely for tasks.
- Execute with little or no supervision your trade and one other.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary to complete projects efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored correctly.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multiple trades.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Preferably living in the Surrey/Hants Border area as most projects are within this geographical area. The position offers a van after successful completion of probationary period.
