PPM Industries UK is thrilled to announce a new opportunity to join our sales team as a National Account Manager to cover the Industrial, Packaging, & Asbestos markets.
This is a full-time remote role for a National Account Manager - Industrial. The professional in this role will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partners to drive revenue and long-term strategic partnerships within the industrial, packaging, and asbestos markets. In this role you will develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional service across all assigned accounts.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within new and existing national accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations & pricing agreements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts.
- Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and volume targets.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal resources to deliver customized solutions for national accounts.
- Attend industry events.
- Overnight stays.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial or packaging tape market.
- Ability to present to a group of people.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Additional Hard Skills required by the role:
- Be self-motivated and driven.
- Have attention to detail with excellent product knowledge.
- Able to drive between 30-40,000 miles per year.
Soft Skills:
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
