  • Manage relationships with all our third party food suppliers, making orders, ensuring that our people’s needs are met and carrying out health and safety and quality checks on food.
  • Be approachable for a whole range of queries in person and on email and be able to point people in the right direction to get the answers they need.
  • Assist with scheduling visitor appointments including room bookings and parking.
  • Carry out weekly health and safety checks, including building inspections and visual audits, maintaining corresponding inspection records and working with Office & Fleet Manager to efficiently rectify issues.
  • Support Office & Fleet Manager in managing contractors, ensuring records are kept up to date and maintenance work booked in and followed through correctly.

  • The self-motivation to get things done and the initiative to get things fixed.
  • A willingness to learn and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office.

And, ideally, but not vitally:

  • Basic knowledge of health and safety in the workplace.
