The Distribution department converts PPL's data inputs - including money received, music usage reported and recordings registered by members - into royalty payments for performers and record companies. The team follows a structured annual distribution programme to ensure royalties are paid accurately, efficiently and on time.,
- Support the planning, coordination and governance of annual distribution activity.
- Maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs and dependency trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.
- Identify and elevate risks, issues, bottlenecks and changes that may affect delivery.
- Facilitate planning meetings, capture actions and follow up with owners.
- Support resource and capacity planning across competing priorities.
- Maintain planning documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
You will be highly organised, delivery focused and confident managing complex plans involving multiple teams, activities and deadlines. You will bring clarity and structure to busy operational environments and proactively identify risks, issues and dependencies.
You will have strong planning, project management and communication skills, good attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to improving processes and ways of working.
Key Requirements
- Experience of project planning, scheduling and timeline management.
- Experience coordinating complex projects or operational workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to identify risks and issues and work proactively to resolve them.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Experience using project planning, workflow or project management tools would be desirable.
