Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner, with experience delivering on Salesforce.
  • Demonstrable experience writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs/roadmaps.
  • Strong Salesforce platform knowledge: Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Flows, Data Model, Reports/Dashboards, Profiles/Permission Sets, and Integration concepts (APIs/ETL/iPaaS).
  • Solid process analysis & mapping (BPMN or equivalent), requirement elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation.
  • Comfortable with metrics/analytics: defining OKRs/KPIs, building basic reports/dashboards, and interpreting results to inform prioritisation.
  • Familiarity with quality practices: Definition of Ready/Done, test planning, UAT, and working with QEs on automation coverage.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills; strong business acumen.
  • Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst (desirable).
  • Product certifications: PSPO/CSPO, APM/PMI-ACP (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead structured discovery: business goals, constraints, risks, value hypotheses, and success measures (OKRs/KPIs).
  • Run stakeholder workshops, interviews, and journey mapping to produce as-is/to-be process models and pain-point analysis.
  • Translate needs into clear requirements: epics, features, user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and non-functional needs.
  • Perform light data analysis and profiling; validate data model impacts, reporting needs, and data quality rules.
  • Assist the PMO team in maintaining a prioritised product backlog aligned to strategy and value; apply agile product practices.
  • Assist with the facilitation of sprint/iteration planning, backlog refinement, and acceptance of increments against clear Definition of Done.
  • Work with PMO to build and communicate a transparent roadmap with outcomes, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
