Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and driven Event Coordinator to take a lead role in planning and delivering event branding projects across the season. This role involves end-to-end coordination of event logistics, close client communication, and hands-on support with on-site installations.
From September to March, you will be primarily office-based, managing project timelines, supplier coordination, and site plans.
From April to August, you\'ll be on the road and on-site, overseeing branding installations at golf tournaments across the UK. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth delivery, team supervision, and client satisfaction.

- May: approx. 12 days
- June: approx. 24 days
- July: approx. 7 days
- August: approx. 15 days
Key Responsibilities
- Lead event planning and branding logistics from initial brief to execution
- Liaise directly with clients and suppliers to ensure branding requirements are met
- Manage delivery schedules and coordinate installation teams on-site
- Oversee the setup of branded course elements, including tee furniture, banner masts, signage and wayfinding elements
- Operate and supervise use of power tools and installation equipment
- Ensure all health & safety protocols are followed on-site
- Maintain accurate documentation and event records using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Support and mentor junior staff during event delivery
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in event coordination or branding delivery
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Able to lead teams and work independently under pressure
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Confident in hands-on setup tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Full UK driving licence
- Background in sports events or golf industry
- Skilled in the use of power tools
- Familiarity with event build processes or signage installation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and InDesign
