PA required for a young man in Goostrey, Crewe, CW4 area to support an active and capable 19-year-old lad with Autism and ADHD to access the community, work and life. Driver's license & own car is essential.
Hours and rate of Pay
- 15 hours per week
- £13.00 per hour
Main Duties
- In term-time he requires support getting to various work placements & training throughout the week.
- Support with timings, being on time.
- Local trainline, Goostrey (Crewe to Manchester line).
- Support with travel training.
- Social interests; going to the Gym, playing golf, walking our dog, going to the Cinema & trips into town.
- Supporting with communication & preparing for a move to Supported Living when the time is right.
- Trips / days-out in holiday time.
Personal Assistant Specification
- Driver's license & own car a necessity.
- My assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
- My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity.
- My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition.
- You must be able to work well independently.
- My personal assistant is accountable to me in all aspects of their work. They should always ask what my needs are and listen to my directions and requests.
