API Group is seeking a Senior IT Engineer for a 3-month fixed-term contract based on-site in Norwich with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
You will manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring security and reliability across the Group's IT infrastructure while supporting multiple systems and users.
You will handle tickets, monitor incidents, and maintain critical business systems including ERP, VPN, Microsoft 365, backups and cybersecurity measures.
