We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Sommelier to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant, led by Michelin-starred Chef Kenny Atkinson, features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.
The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine – sunshine food for the soul.
Expected start date: Monday, 11th August 2025
As our Sommelier, you will receive:
- Salary: £40,000 per annum plus generous Service Charge – Up to £46,000 per annum inclusive of SC
- Subsidised travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable)

We are looking for our Sommelier, who:
- Develops and maintains a diverse and relevant wine list that complements the restaurant\’s food offerings and guest preferences
- Provides expert wine recommendations based on guest preferences and food pairings, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Monitors stock levels, places orders, and manages wine storage to ensure optimal conditions
- Trains and supervises other sommeliers and front-of-house staff on wine knowledge and service techniques
- Interacts with guests to answer questions, make recommendations, and provide a positive wine service experience
- Manages beverage costs and profitability, including analysis of sales data and stock rotation
- Supports event planning, including private wine dinners and tastings
- Ensures the quality and consistency of wine service and storage
- Displays a background in Fine Dining Restaurant set-up as a Sommelier
