The key role for you as our
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager , you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.
As our
Assistant Food and Beverage Managers , you will receive

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager , who
- Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
- Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
- Monitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
- Upholds health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets
