We are looking for someone with senior marketing experience from a fast-paced hospitality environment, who would be interested in a diverse multi-region role based in London.

What you\’ll do as a Senior PR & Marketing Manager:

• Lead and execute the Restaurant and Bar Marketing Strategy and 90-day plan, ensuring brand consistency and tone.
• Work closely with General Managers of the hotels, Head Chefs, Restaurant and Bar Managers and property-based Marketing teams to ensure all PR & Marketing initiatives are in line with objectives.
• Manage and develop the PR & Communications Manager and Social Media Executive– Restaurants and Bars.
• Supporting new concepts, openings, renovations and EMEA brand marketing plans
• Ensure all restaurant and bar listings, websites, intranet and social platforms are managed and updated with all the current content.
• Managing the compilation of reports and results of key marketing promotions and initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and agencies.
• Work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing team and digital agency on executing all Google Adwords, META and PMAX campaigns, social media campaigns, newsletter content and strategy for the outlets.
• Works in conjunction and Engages with the Director of PR & Marketing, PR & Communications Manager, Social Media Executive and VP of Restaurants and bars.
• Oversee key collateral roll-out ensuring where possible they are Webshop compatible (our in-house collateral editing tool).
• Proactively monitor industry initiatives as well as ROI of our promotional activities.
• Assist in driving the internal communications strategy.
• Lead or support key outlet events, photo shoots, and content creation.

About you:

You will be a creative and flexible individual with a high degree of drive and self-motivation, and get a buzz out of achieving goals and thrive off of working in the restaurant and bar industry, spinning multiple plates!

• Experience in Senior Marketing roles, ideally in Hospitality.
• Creative, driven, and passionate about hospitality and F&B.
• Exceptionally strong communicator.
• Skilled in MS Office, Canva, and InDesign is a plus.
• Social media savvy and restaurant and bar trend-aware.
• Understanding of contemporary graphic design and an eye for creativity.
