That is why your skills in serving and presenting these as a Room Service (In-Room Dining) Waiter/Waitress are so important. Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms with very busy Room Service operations. Fixed-Term contract until August 2026.
As our Room Service Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: £13.04 per hour plus service charge (Up to £15.50 per hour inclusive of service charge)

- Will take orders and deliver food & drinks to the guest bedroom in an efficient and friendly manner
- Is fully flexible to work in shifts on a rota basis including Room Service Breakfast service and Night Room Service Holiday cover
- Ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Has previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a hotel
