We’re now recruiting for a Revenue Executive to support the Revenue team here at PPHE Hotel Group, an international hospitality leader with a £2.2 billion portfolio, creating unforgettable experiences in prime locations across Europe’s most vibrant cities and stunning resort destinations.

About the Role

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analysing and interpreting data to support campaigns, promotions, audits, and reporting across business segments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Sales, Marketing, M&E Sales, and Hotel Operations to implement, measure, and support commercial strategies, including cross-regional support and training.
  • Revenue Systems Management: Managing and optimising revenue and upselling systems (EMMA, OAKY, RMS, OPERA, BOARD, IDEAS, REVPlan, WebUpsell), including technical oversight and automation development.
  • Meeting & Business Support: Preparing for and supporting Revenue, Commercial, Business Review, and Budget meetings, including setup and debriefs.
  • Commercial Strategy & Innovation: Identifying opportunities and risks through inventory reviews, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to maximise revenue and yield.
  • Communication & Administration: Communicating professionally across all business levels and supporting the Director of Revenue with administrative tasks.
  • Business Development: Contributing innovative ideas that drive long-term value for guests, markets, and partners.
