What you will be doing as a Reservations Agent:
- Handle all phone calls and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
- Engage professionally with guests over online web chat
- Convert enquiries into bookings
- Accurate logging reservations into the system
- The role will be following a shift pattern of 5 out of 7 days a week, including weekends/bank holidays, with a monthly rota published in advance.
