We are hiring! You will be Personal Assistant to the General Manager and team to ensure the smooth running of Park Plaza Westminster Hotel.

As our Personal Assistant to the Hotel General Manager, you will:

  • Assist the General Manager with administration-based duties
  • Co-ordinate Travel with Travel Agents and our wonderful Reservations Departments
  • Support with Hotel and team member events
  • Liaise with guests, internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Handle personal information confidentially and show ethical and social responsibilities
  • Proactively seek solutions and help to progress issues where needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when dealing with stakeholders, clients and colleagues’ needs and the changing demand and priorities of the Hotel
  • Coordinate and organise regular hotel meetings and appointments, supporting with agenda or presentation slides, attending where required to keep minutes
  • Act as a main liaison point for certain VIP guests and key internal and external contacts, including leaders at the Regional Office
  • Act as ambassador for the hotel, its culture, and PPHE Hotel Group’s core values
  • Be very organised and can multitask/work well under pressure
  • Be passionate about exceeding expectations
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties when required
