The 26-floor art\’otel Hoxton has a dazzling skyline view, ample gallery space, plus two Banksy originals preserved and on public display, with 357 guest bedrooms and suites, 10 Meetings and Events spaces, a lounge, gym, and The Brush Grande Café. Seeking an extraordinary Meetings & Events Team Leader an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter. Responsibilities
- Streamline the operations of ten diverse event rooms, hosting a mix of corporate and leisure meetings, banquets, drinks receptions and plenty of different parties.
- Implement cost-effective measures to make our events experiences inspiring, for both corporate and leisure clients, without compromising on quality.
- Take care of client enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and in a professional, on-brand way.
- Create a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative work environment, bringing your colleagues together into one team.
- Make sure schedules are efficiently crafted and tasks are carefully allocated to keep our productivity high.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, offering ongoing training and development to team members to make sure we\’re aligned with them.
- Lead by example, showing your team how to demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.
- Inspire and motivate your team, keeping to our high service standards while maintaining a happy, inclusive and creative work culture.
