  • Respond and convert Meetings & Events enquiries through the various online B2B and social events portals, calls, emails and local networking events.
  • Create strong links with all departments of the hotel to ensure objectives are achieved as well as targets, KPI\'s and budgets.
  • Understand competitor products/venues and establish and adjust the selling strategy with the Meeting & Events Sales & Planning Manager.
  • Be responsible for all bookings and payments.
