Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are looking for a Security Team Leader who:
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- Ensures employees, guests and visitors' safety and security within the hotel
- Is knowledgeable in all security and safety standard operating procedures and fully trained in the hotel emergency, crisis procedures and evacuation protocols
- Will effectively manage their department and be a hands-on leader
- Is well organised, an excellent communicator and committed to building and developing their team
- Is available to work Day and Night shifts
- Has previous experience as Security Supervisor/Team Leader
