Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for Human Resources? We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to be responsible for the coordination and action of all day to day administration within the HR department, providing a courteous, efficient and welcoming service to all clients, internal and external.

Main duties as an HR Coordinator:
  • Be responsible for all administration within the Human Resources department, ensuring a timely, efficient and accurate service is provided.
  • Prepare all new starter papers for offers of employment: Offer letters, contracts, job descriptions, IT requests, etc.
  • Ensure all onboarding processes are carried out accurately and in a timely manner, including reference requests.
  • Make sure that the correct procedure highlighting valid working documentation is adhered to, checking this before an offer of employment is made.
  • Ensure that all new starter information and employee change details are accurate and passed on to payroll for processing in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all leaver paperwork is completed and input correctly, liaising where necessary with payroll.
  • Send exit interviews links when required.
  • Keep employee files up to date, accurate and accessible including tracking all procedures needed for probationary period.
  • Process all employee holiday/lieu time requests, ensuring an accurate record is kept.
  • Carry out monthly Right to work document audit and follow up with any ‘soon to expire’ documentation.
  • Co-ordinate all L&D activities and ensure activities are tracked.
  • Assist in the co-ordination and execution of recruitment events.
