As a Head Porter, you will receive:

  • Salary: £14.50 per hour

The ideal candidate for the Head Porter role will:

  • Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings.
  • Focus on ensuring all stock controls in the pantries, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
  • Have ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise, mentor and develop the housekeeping porters.
  • Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience.
  • Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
  • Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
