- Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met

- You will be a passionate and highly motivated Leader with the ability to inspire your team and guide them to excellence.
- Be familiar with all operational standards and be available to cover roles during busy periods
