We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Barback to join the team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.
Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led by Michelin-Starred Chef Kenny Atkinson features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.
The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine - sunshine food for the soul.
As our Barback, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.15 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
- Subsidised Travel arrangements after midnight (if applicable)

As our Barback, you:
- Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
- Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
- Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
- Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties
- Should have previous experience working as a Barback
