Are you passionate about HR technology and transformations? Join PPHE as our Dayforce Implementation Specialist 1 Year Fixed Term Contract, where you\’ll help guide the evolution of our people systems, drive strategic initiatives, and empower teams through smart, scalable solutions.
Your Impact: As a key partner to the Director of People & HR Technology, you’ll shape and deliver our people tech strategy. You will support full-cycle system projects, from RFP to implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the full-cycle implementation of Dayforce across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and L&D functions, tailored to UK and EU compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and regional hotel operations to gather requirements and configure Dayforce modules accordingly.
- Continue gap analysis between current processes and Dayforce capabilities
- Configure and test modules including employee records, payroll rules and recruitment workflows.
- Oversee data migration and validation, ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity across UK and EU entities.
- Coordinate with Dayforce and external parties to troubleshoot issues and ensure best-practice configuration.
- Deliver training and change management support to HR, Payroll, and L&D teams across multiple countries.
- Document system configurations and workflows, creating user guides and SOPs for future reference.
