HR Executive to join our team and support the delivery of an exceptional people experience across our hotel cluster.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR activities, helping managers and team members navigate people processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance engagement, development, wellbeing and performance.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of the annual People Plan across multiple hotels within the cluster.
- Advising managers and team members on HR policies, procedures and people-related queries.
- Assisting with onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Delivering company training programmes and supporting learning initiatives.
- Supporting recruitment activities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
- Coordinating employee recognition and engagement activities.
- Conducting exit interviews and maintaining accurate reporting. Supporting managers with routine employee relations matters, including absence management and investigations.
- Managing and promoting internal communications across the cluster.
- Helping managers optimise the use of HR systems and learning platforms.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
- A strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence working with HR systems and technology platforms.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and a genuine passion for people.
