About the role
As a Hotel Administrator you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Hotel Executive Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal queries and external enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist with guest relations, particularly for VIP guests, by liaising with relevant departments to guarantee exceptional service.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, meeting agendas, and minutes, supporting effective decision-making within the hotel.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding staff, business operations, and guest information at all times.
- Organise and maintain filing systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Support HR and team engagement initiatives, assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare.
Previous experience in an administrative or hospitality support role is highly desirable.
