Key Responsibilities as our
Guest Laundry Attendant
- Process guest laundry, colleagueuniformsand hotel linen in line with brand standards, ensuring all items are cleaned, handledand presented to a high standard.
- Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently while following all laundry procedures and care instructions.
- Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuringspecial requirementsare met to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organisedand safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Housekeeping and other departments to support daily operations andmaintainservice excellence across the hotel.
- Report maintenance issues, equipmentfaultsand safety concerns, while proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to improve efficiency and service standards.

- We are looking for a
- Guest Laundry Attendant who takes pride in deliveringhigh standardsand will:
- Havepreviouslaundry, housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Have strong attention to detail and take pride inmaintainingexcellent quality and presentation standards.
