As a Master of your Craft you will…
- Have excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
- Be a hands-on Leader who ensures guests' needs are satisfactorily met
- Play a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
- Be available to work 5 days on, 2 days off (from 10:45-7:15am)

- Have previous experience as a Night Receptionist, Night Team Leader, or Receptionist in a hotel
