SalarySalary: £14.46 per hour plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)

Excellent detailed knowledge of front office operations in a hotel

Who ensures guests\’ needs are satisfactorily met

Who plays a hands-on role leading by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the front office team members

Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera

With previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader ,Reception Supervisor,orReceptionistin a hotel
