As Events Co-ordinator, you will…
- Manage end‑to‑end billing and revenue administration for meetings, events, and groups, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices, deposits, and final balances
- Act as the key liaison between Events teams and Finance, resolving billing queries and supporting revenue protection
- Maintain accurate financial records, audit trails, and system data across CRM, PMS, and event platforms
- Support cluster reporting and commercial analysis, including performance metrics, revenue tracking, and forecasting
- Coordinate key client accounts, providing administrative support, contract management, and handling billing-related queries
- Organise and support internal meetings and projects, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and action tracking
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the Events function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and efficient processes
