As our Doorperson, you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.
Our Doorperson completes tasks relevant to but not limited to the arrival and departure of guests such as greeting, opening doors, offering direction and information, assisting with luggage and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
As a Doorperson you will receive:
- Salary: £12.49 per hour
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year – including bank holidays, increasing with years of service!

We are looking for our Doorperson, who:
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
- Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
- Possesses a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has previous experience as a Doorperson is preferable but not essential
