PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Luxury Lifestyle Hotels cluster in London.

You will support three iconic properties—Holmes Hotel, art’otel Hoxton, and art’otel Battersea Power Station—delivering consistent HR policies and an exceptional employee experience.

You’ll lead complex ER cases, coach managers, drive engagement and learning, and support recruitment, onboarding and talent development across the cluster.
