We are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager, who will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu development, team member recruitment and training, inventory management, cost control, and ensuring high standards of service and quality. This role also involves inspiring, coaching, and mentoring the F&B team and leadership team, preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service, working with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure compliance in all safety-related matters, and responding to guests' complaints professionally.
