This fully funded Degree Apprenticeship offers the perfect blend of academic learning and hands‑on experience in luxury hotels. Over three years, you will complete a BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management and achieve a Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship, all while working in one of London’s most iconic hotels. This is a Degree Apprenticeship in a hospitality business, so will involve shift work including weekends and evenings. There is also the opportunity to earn service charge and other incentives on top of your salary.

What you’ll do:
- 1 year in the Front Office department
- 1 year in the Food & Beverage department
- One day per week spent studying with Gloucester University – study days will be held in London‑based venues
- In your first 2 years, you will gain a more rounded knowledge of hotel operations
- In your final year, you will pick a specialism in one of these areas, and continue to develop your supervisory/managerial skills throughout the programme
