- As a Master of your Craft, you will…
- Be the driving force behind the day-to-day Breakfast Operations
- Ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment
- Provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture
- Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)
- Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management
- Have a good knowledge of the Hoxton/Shoreditch food trends
- Apply your knowledge & share best practices regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability
- As our
Breakfast Manager , you will receive
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) - these increase with service!
