Salary: Up to £15.50/hour (rate inclusive of Tronc)

Barista (20 hours/week) job vacancy at Illy Cafe for that authentic Italian barista coffee, the Illy café adjoining the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London hotel. Located on the ground floor of the distinctive oval‑shaped hotel building.

Seeking an extraordinary Barista, an epitome of ambition and dedication, driven to deliver service that leaves hearts aflutter.

As our Barista, you will receive:

  • Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.54 (minimum contracted rate) to around £15.50 (rate inclusive of Tronc) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered Tronc allowance

As our Barista, you will:

  • Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
  • Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
  • Be fully flexible to work in the shifts on a Rota basis, and will be able to start in the morning around 6 am
  • Be experienced in Barista
