Florentine Trattoria at Park Plaza Waterloo London Hotel serves up a joyful Italian menu of classic dishes and pizza made to order. Perfect for family and friends, located just minutes away from London South Bank’s trendy Lower Marsh and Waterloo. A selection of freshly made Italian dishes with quality ingredients, combined with an authentic and relaxed vibe, means there is something for everyone at Florentine Trattoria.
As our Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:
- Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.04 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.50 (rate inclusive of tronc) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

- Will take orders and deliver food & drinks in an efficient and friendly manner
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks, suggest items (upselling), relay orders to bartenders and ensure proper presentation
- Ensures our Bar runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
- Is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Has previous experience working as a Waiter/Waitress in a Bar
