Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring efficient service, high-quality drink preparation, and an exceptional guest experience.
  • Develop and maintain an innovative and appealing drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beverages, aligned with customer preferences and business goals.
  • Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and minimising wastage to meet financial targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop bar team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor the bar team, creating a positive and engaging team culture.
  • Ensure consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction within the bar area.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring quick resolution and maintaining brand reputation.

  • Have previous experience working as Bar Manager in the 5-star hotel environment.
