Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, featuring busy In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations. The Assistant Room Service Manager supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge services, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Assistant Room Service Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.
As our Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will receive:
