Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel is one of our largest hotels with 645 bedrooms, featuring busy In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge operations. The Assistant Room Service Manager supports the overall operations of the In-Room Dining and Executive Lounge services, ensuring high standards of customer service, quality, and efficiency. This role involves supervising team members, assisting with staff training, maintaining operational standards, and resolving guest concerns. The Assistant Room Service Manager plays a key role in delivering a seamless and luxurious room service experience.
As our Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will receive:

- Coordinates with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handles guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Manages inventory, supplies, and equipment for room service and executive lounge operations.
- Assists with scheduling, payroll, and administrative duties as needed.
- Monitors performance metrics and suggests process and service improvements.
- Has previous experience as an Assistant Room Service Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Room Service Manager, or Executive Lounge Manager in a hotel.
